How this website handles your information.
What we collect
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google anonymous information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your browser and your approximate location. It doesn't use advertising trackers. If you send the contact form, we receive what you type in it (name, email, optional phone and company, and your message) and the internet address it was sent from, which we use only to block spam.
How we use it
We use your message only to reply to you and discuss your request. We don't sell it or share it with anyone outside MNSSoft Inc., except the email service that delivers it to us. Contact form details are never sent to Google Analytics.
To stop Google Analytics, block cookies for this site in your browser or install Google's opt-out add-on.
Where it's kept
Messages are stored on our own server, outside the public website, and in our business email. We delete them when they're no longer needed for the conversation or for our business records.
Our products
Each product (for example HostSync, LumiRoster or MNSCalendar) has its own privacy policy on its own website, which applies when you use that product.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you've sent us, email info@mnssoft.ca. This policy follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
